4 mile circular walk from Hockley Woods with the opportunity for a meal at The Bull afterwards. A walk in largely peaceful countryside with oustanding views from the elevated pathways. This is another opportunity to go on a walk outside of the weekend

Approx 30 mile cycle around the Pelhams, lovely country lanes, to finish at the Lea Valley Cycling Club's club house in Ugley for a sumptious bar-b-que; if the weather is dodgy there'll be a roast in the club house.
